What is an AFCH?

An AFCH is a full time family type living arrangement, in a private home, which the person must own, rent or lease the home. AFCHs will never be licensed for more than 5 disabled adults or frail elders. Your own relatives, who are physically or mentally challenged, can live in your home as well. The licensee must live in the home with the residents.
